first week completed!..........

 

        -10lbs

                    Woo Hoo!!!!!!!

 This is the Email Katie sent  to me after loosing TEN POUNDS  ( in just a week) on the diet free system, needless to say she was extremely pleased with herself, and quite right  too!

Second week- another 3lbs lost, even though  she slipped back to  old habits for her Sunday lunch, but is back on course again now! It is important not to put to much pressure on yourselves, it just takes longer to achieve your goals. The main thing is if you have a hiccup in the program, it's not the end of life as we know it! Just go back on the program and carry on, the further along you get the easier it becomes.

                      13lbs lost in 2 weeks!

 

Third week-- another 2lb lost , going past the ONE STONE MARK! well done Katie!!

                                     15lbs lost in 3 weeks!

As you can see,weight loss slows down after the first week, this is perfectly normal, a steady weight loss is just what is needed.

Fourth week-- another 3lbs lost,

             18lbs lost in 4 weeks

Katie has tried to lose weight in the past,  but she can't believe how successful the "Diet Free System" is,

What are you waiting for? the only thing you can loose is WEIGHT!

Fifth week -- zero weight lost    BUT zero weight gained, happens sometimes, the important thing is to not worry if the weight loss slows, or even stops .                          

6th & 7th week--- Katies been on holiday & GAINED a few pounds!! she's back on the system again, she thought that as she was walking miles that the exercise alone would do the trick!! proves that The Diet Free System  does work, but you have to stick mainly to it ! 

8th week and back to 18lbs lost, no harm done she's lost the weight put on when on holiday, 

9th & 10th week  total 2 stone lost  and Katie's happy now with her weight.
