Varying Exercise Routines Is a Must--by Laurie Whyman

Summary: I have just returned from the gym, and realised that I have fallen into the trap of doing the same old, same old workout.

Like many other things in life it is easy to get into a rut when exercising, and by just doing the same workout a lot of the benefits of exercise are lost.
Most modern gyms (I belong to Fitness First) have a variety of different machines and free weights, so it is so simple to create new exercise routines, and there are instructors to get advice from if you are not sure.
So I will make a conscious effort next time to do a different workout, and reap the benefits, and stop exercising on "auto pilot"
So don't do what I did and get into an exercise rut, be imaginative with your workouts,and get better results
